We have a limited number of Pet Friendly rooms. The fee is $15 per pet per night. Please let us know you have a pet when you make your reservation.

No, smoking is prohibited in all of our rooms. In fact, there is a $200 fine for smoking in the rooms. However, we have plenty of ashtrays located around the property for our guests to smoke outside. We just ask that you not drop cigarette butts on the ground. Also, while medical marijuana is legal in the state of Missouri, it is not permitted anywhere on our property.

Unfortunately, like a growing number of hotels and airlines, we do not accept cash. We only accept credit cards and debit cards in the name of the guest (except for business credit cards). We do not accept gift cards.

Microwaves are provided in the rooms. However, cooking on a hot plate, grill, or any other cooking device is not permitted.

At the time you make your reservation, whether by phone or online, the full amount of the first night is charged at that time. We collect the rest when you arrive.

If you cancel more than 7 days before your reserved arrival date, your credit card will be refunded the full amount of your deposit, minus a $10 Cancellation Processing Fee. If you cancel within 7 days of the arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded. This includes cancellations due to inclement weather.

We have a limited number of boat parking spaces available where guests can park their boat. These spaces are assigned with specific rooms. Boat parking is only available for Double Queen rooms (rooms with two queen-size beds), plus one King room in the back. Please let us know if you are bringing a boat when you make your reservation.

Because we have limited parking spaces, only one boat is permitted per room. If you have two boats, you will need two rooms.

We are located across the street from the Lake of the Ozarks State Park and Public Beach 2. However, because of the park, we can’t see the lake from our property. So no, we are not on the water.

We do not have laundry facilities for guests. However, Beach Laundry is less than two miles from the hotel.

Yes! One of the advantages of our layout is the fact you can park near your front door instead of lugging suitcases down a hall and up an elevator.

Yes! In fact, at eight feet deep, we have one of the deepest pools in the area. The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend (late May) through Bike Fest (mid-September).

We have one room designated as our ADA room. It is located on the ground floor, has one queen-size bed, a roll-in shower, and grab bars around the toilet and shower.

We have 27 of our 31 rooms on the ground floor. The four upstairs rooms include our two discounted Single Queen rooms in the front, and two Double Queen rooms in the back. None of these rooms include boat parking. Outdoor stairs are used to access these rooms.

Yes. The Osage Beach area is a safe community. We are located less than two blocks away from the Osage Beach Police Department. Also, we have security cameras around the exterior of the property to help our guests feel secure (particularly our anglers who bring their expensive boats and gear), and we have management on property 24 hours a day.

No. As a small, family-operated hotel, we can’t man the desk 24 hours a day. Our office opens at 7 a.m., and closes at 10 p.m.
